School is in full swing and students are adjusting well. This week students are working on the following:
- Math - Place value, rounding to tens, hundreds and thousands. Number sense using less than and greater than. Chapter Test will be Friday 9/5.
- Spelling - Orange Spelling and Yellow spelling groups are both working on short vowel sound words. Practice, Practice & Practice- write, say, use the words.
- Science - Earth Science - Our shadow experiment worked well and now we are learning about the earth's rotation.
